It’s time to sort your antiques

With only 4 days to go until the Wilson Home Antiques Road Show and Family Fun Day it’s time to sort out what you want to bring along to be assessed by our expert panel of antiques valuers.  Remember, there is a limit of two items only so that everyone gets a chance to seek an opinion.

Experts who will be there on the day include Donald Melville, James Parkinson and Paul Nilsson who will provide commentary that will be relayed over a closed circuit television monitor and sound system.

So, sort out your cups and saucers, granny’s jewelery, great aunt’s silverware and granddad’s collection of medals and bring them to the Wilson Home in Lake Road, Takapuna (next to Takapuna Grammar School).

Your $10 will go towards special programmes planned for by The Wilson Home Trust for Children with Disabilities.

And while you are there, join in the fun of the fair, have a bite to eat and support the other fund-raising activities suited for all the family.
